Alpha Omega Thrasher Baswell

Alpha Omega Thrasher Baswell, 87, of Hensley, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 18, 2010. She was born May 6, 1923 in Steprock, Arkansas to the late John Thrasher and Bertha Osburn Thrasher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Baswell; son, Don Baswell; daughter, Dyka Lynn; and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by sons, Dale Baswell of Hensley; Dennis Baswell of Cabot; Billy Baswell of Hot Springs; brother, Henry Thrasher of Hensley; sisters, Annie McCracken of Searcy; Dorothy Clifton of Benton and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and friends. Family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. at the church prior to service. Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Monday, December 27, 2010 at Oak Bower Church of Christ in Bismarck, Arkansas. Burial to follow at New Bismarck Cemetery, adjacent to Bismarck Missionary Baptist Church.
