Beatrice Virgina Tucker Hufsmith

Beatrice Virginia Tucker Hufsmith, 91, of Little Rock, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 29, 2010. She was born March 11, 1919, the daughter of the late Ralph and Hazel Tucker of Bradford, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Hilton Hufsmith. She is survived by her sister, Alema Allbright of Newport, Arkansas; two daughters, Patricia Bell and her husband Seaborn J. Bell and Vicki S. Tucker of Little Rock; three grandchildren, Tanya Henry and her husband Mark Henry and Stacey Whitt of Little Rock, Kevin R. Tucker and his wife Dana of Denton, Texas; and three great-grandchildren, Nicholas Henry, Peyton Whitt, and Madelyn Henry; a niece, Debbie Dillon and her husband Terry of Newport, Arkansas. Bea was a charter member of Pulaski Heights Church of Christ which became Pleasant Valley Church of Christ. She was an active member of Pleasant Valley Church of Christ for 40 years. A graveside service will be conducted by Nick Hamilton of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ at Roselawn Memorial Park at 12 noon, Monday, January 3, 2011.
