Richard Gene Eaves, age 73, passed away Friday. He was a carpenter, enjoyed NASCAR and his religious belief was Baptist. Survivors are his wife Geneva of Greers Ferry; son Bennie Eaves and wife Evelyn of Hawaii; daughter Dawn Ledbetter of Greers Ferry and Shawn Ledbetter; also sons Richard Lee and Christopher Eaves; daughter Carla Eaves; three sisters; one brother and 11 grandchildren.
