Jane R. Stiles

Jane R. Stiles, age 77, of Leola, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 9, 2010 at the Hot Spring County Medical Center in Malvern. She was born Nov. 3, 1932 in Ashley County, a daughter of the late Robert Allen and Iva Hines Ready. Mrs. Stiles was a faithful member of the Leola Missionary Baptist Church. She loved volunteering and sharing the enjoyment of reading. Mrs. Stiles was also preceded in death by her sister, Maudie Cloud, and her brothers, Henry and Robert Ready. She is survived by her husband, George G. Stiles of Leola; twin daughters, Shay Stiles of Little Rock and Faye Hickman of Alexander; brother, Fred Ready of Fort Smith; sister, Martha Betty Gestring of Leola, and nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 12, 2010 at Leola Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Johnie Brewster and Brother Richard Sullivant officiating. Interment will follow in Taylor Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, July 11, 2010 at the Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan.
