Marguerite Shirley Harrison

Marguerite Shirley Fenimore Harrison, 78, of Batesville passed away on July 14, 2010, surrounded by family and friends at the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock. Mrs. Harrison was born July 20, 1931, in St. Louis, Mo., to William Jennings and Marie Ann Wehmeyer Fenimore. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, John E. Harrison; a son, Lonnie Harrison of Reston, Va.; daughters, Roni Harrison of Bryant, Ark., and Donna Morrison and her husband, Brian of Shreveport, La.; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a sister, and two brothers. Shirley Harrison was a great wife, mother and granny. She will be sorely missed by all who had the joy of knowing her. The family would like to extend their appreciation to all the nurses and doctors who cared for our dear wife and mother at the VA Hospital, with special thanks to the Hospice caregivers who showed their kindness and compassion during her final days.
