Faye W. Mobbs

Faye W. Mobbs, 83 of Sherwood, passed away July 26, 2010 in Little Rock, Arkansas; she was born on April 7, 1927 in Oppelo, Arkansas; she was the daughter of James. F. Newman and Sophronia Goodan Newman. Faye was a proud beautician for almost 50 years upon retiring from the cosmetology profession, and will be remembered for being a very loving mother, sister, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband Mike J. Mobbs, a son, Warren D. Mobbs, parents, and eight brothers and sisters. Survivors include her son and daughter-in–law, Forrest and Renee Mobbs of Sherwood; a sister, Geraldine Walker of Sherwood; daughter-in-law, Rhonda Mobbs of Sherwood; grandchildren, Randall Mobbs, Kathy Ashlin, Penny Garner, Tiffany Cole, and Stacy Shull, and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Noon, Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel in Sherwood. Entombment will immediately follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum in North Little Rock.
