Marial Oxford Turley

Marial Oxford Turley, age 82, of Conway, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, July 29, 2010. She was born on October 18, 1927 to the late Paul and Linnie Oxford. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to many. Marial loved her church, Conway's First Baptist, and gave 100% of herself to all endeavors. She was a superb cook, loved gardening, canning, and being a servant to others all of her life. She is survived by her husband, Terry Turley of Conway, one son Jim (Lynn) Knighton of Crossett, two grandsons, Chad (Kari) Knighton of Waimanalo, Hawaii and Clint (Amy) Knighton of El Dorado, and one step-grandson, Jason Pelham. Also surviving Marial are her two great-grandchildren, JJ Knighton and little sister Josie Knighton of Hawaii, and three brothers, Jim & Tom Oxford of Tyler, Texas and Ed Oxford of Waco, Texas. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., July 31st at Griffin Leggett Funeral Home, 1751 Dave Ward Drive in Conway. Burial will be at 3 p.m. at Shiloh Cemetery in Stamps, Arkansas.
