Janett Lee Tazelaar

JANETT LEE TAZELAAR, age 59, of Little Rock, quietly passed away June 9, 2010. She was born Aug. 6, 1950, in England, Ark. She is the daughter of Joe and Clara Jean Staton. Janett knew what life was all about and how precious every minute was. She modeled love, hard work, and pride when raising two successful children, of which were her greatest accomplishments in life. She truly loved to roller skate at Troy's Roller Rink in her younger days. Recently, her pastimes included laughing with family, catching the big fish, doing some "down home" cooking, and living life. She is survived by her mother, Clara Jean Staton; her children, Wayne Tazelaar Jr. of Benton, Ark. and Tammy L. Tazelaar of Little Rock, Ark.; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her dad, Joe Staton Sr.; her brother, Joe Staton Jr.; and beloved grandson, Kenster McDonold. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, June 14, 2010, at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 24310 N. Sardis Rd. Bauxite, Ark., (501)602-5700.
