Junne Jackson, 81, of Sherwood was born May 27th, 1929 in Hinsdale, Montana to the late Andrew and Nellie Payne and passed away on June 14th, 2010 at her home. Ms. Jackson enjoyed cooking, sewing, and visiting with friends and family. She retired in 1994 from the US Government after more than 45 years of service. She is survived by her daughters Jimmie Birdsong and Patti Clark of Sherwood, a brother-in-law, Pete Quiring of Lewiston, Montana; her twin sister, Jeanne Perry of Malta, Montana and her sister Roberta Boucher of Hensdale, Montana. Survivors also include her grandchildren Aaron Birdsong and his wife Betina of Rogers, Arkansas, Breck Birdsong of Sherwood and Kyle Clark of Alexander, great-grandchildren, Betty and Quinn Birdsong both of Rogers and many nieces and nephews A memorial service in honor of her life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 19th, 2010 at the First Christian Church, 2803 East Kiehl Avenue, Sherwood, Arkansas with Rev. Julie Wallace officiating. A reception will immediately follow the service in the Chalice Hall of the First Christian Church.
