Frank Parker Sr., 103, of North Little Rock departed this life June 15, 2010. He is survived by his son, Frank (Willie Mae) Parker Jr., Henry (Dorothy) Parker, James (Pricillia) Bryles; daughters, Lucy Slater, Louise Young, Verline Booth, Eloise (Robert) Meeks, and a host of grandchildren.
