Shirley J. Jones

SHIRLEY J. JONES, 75, of Little Rock, Ark., went to be with the Lord, Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010. She was a life long member of the Church of Christ and attended Windsong Church of Christ. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Johnnie Jones; and grandson, Samuel Sherrill. Survivors include a son, John Carl Jones and a daughter, Rebecca Lynn Bennett (Robert); five grandchildren, Rachael, Adam, Eric and Mark Sherrill and Laura Stair; five great-grandchildren, Gabriella Nicole and Kylen Limon; Camron, Haley and Abby Sherrill; brother, Dale Tucker (Marcia); three sisters, Joan Carver (Elvis); Letsy Bruner (Andy) and Annette Sturm (Phil). Also survived by many other relatives and friends. Funeral will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home Chapel, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Ark., 72209 (501) 455-5800 with Mr. John Gipson officiating.
