James Howard Bell, 88, of Russellville, died Saturday, October 30, 2010. Funeral will be at 10 a.m., Friday, November 5, 2010 at Humphrey Chapel in Russellville with visitation one hour prior. A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday at Forrest Park Cemetery in Forrest City.
