Funeral services for Rev. James Liddell, 65, of Pine Bluff, died Nov. 4, will be Thursday 10 a.m., Mt. Nebo MBC, Rev. Larry Battles pastor. He was a 1963, graduate of Watson High School in El Dorado, Ark., he obtained a B.S in Music Education for AM&N College now the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, He was a Music Teacher. He was a life long educator, he was a member of MENC, AEA, ASBOA, NEA and the Retired Teacher Association. He retired from music education in January 31, 2009. He was Senior pastor of Sneed Chapel MBC. Survivors wife, Vickie Liddell, Pine Bluff; children, Charmine (Anthony) Gibbs, Springfield, Mass., Jamie (John) Sourffe, Springfield, Mass., Delicia (Brandon) Egerton, Nashville, Tenn., Leticia (David) Jones, Little, Rock, Erica (Brandi) Wright, Jackson, Fla., Jeremy (Takelia) Liddell, Pine Bluff, Alicia (Stefan) Muller, Fayetteville, Ark., Velicia Liddell, Jelicia Liddell, Christopher Liddell, Jonathan Liddell, Joshua Liddell all of Pine Bluff; brother, Jimmy R. (Lula) Liddell, Pine Bluff; 17 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; cousin, Dorothy (Leroy) Bradford. Visitations may be made Wednesday, 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral service will be Thursday, 10 a.m., Mt. Nebo MBC, Rev. Larry Battles Pastor. Burial will be in Sneed Chapel Cemetery by Perry Funeral Home.
