Leroy Harp was born in Carroll County, Ark. in 1940 to Robert and Fannie Harp. He is survived by; wife, Esther "Ruth" Harp and their three children; two sisters; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Services 10 a.m., Nov. 15, 2010 in Sand Springs,Okla. Burial at Marshall Cemetery in Forum, Ark.
