William E. Briscoe 62 of Little Rock died November 7, 2010. Survivors include his son Charles Briscoe and daughter Casey Lloyd both of Dallas, Texas. A memorial service will be held 7pm Monday November 15, 2010 at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Little Rock, 1818 Reservoir Road, Little Rock.
