Della Mae Lea

Della Mae Lea, 91 of Maumelle passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Della was born to the late Warren Izah and Eva Mae McNinch Keathley in Mt. Vernon, AR. Della was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ambrose Lea; and one son, Ancil Lea; five brothers, Lonnie, Ray, Denver, Alvin and Gene Keathley; one sister, Mary Lou Keathley. She was a member of Cedar Heights Baptist Church and The Dorcus Sunday School Class. Della did a lot of volunteer work at Harlan Park Baptist and Hope Ministries. She loved to read and especially her Bible. Gardening and Quilting were her passions. Della was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She will be missed by all that knew her. She is survived by one son, Louis Lea; two daughters, Ginny (Jim) Musgrave and Olivia B. Lea; one sister, Lou (Glenn) Souers; two brothers, Bob Keathley and Carlton (Delores) Keathley; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, November 19, 2010 at Cedar Heights Baptist Church, 14510 Cedar Heights Rd. North Little Rock, Ark. 72118 with Reverend Charlie Winters officiating. Interment will follow at Heffington Cemetery, Enola, Ark. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church. Arrangements made by Roller-Owens Funeral Home (501-791-7400).
