John Egeston, Sr., 88, transitioned from earth to glory on November 13, 2010. He was born to the late Haywood & Maude Egeston in Forrest City, Ark. He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. Also preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn and son Freddie Egeston, granddaughter and daughter-in-law. Those left to cherish his memories are three sons, John Egeston, Jr., MacArthur (Joann) Egeston, Elmer Lewis Egeston, two daughters, Dorothy Brown, Patricia (Lemuel) Jennings; one caring son-in-law, Clarence, Brown Sr.; eight grandchildren, Brian (Latise) Egeston, Tiffany Brown, Camellia Green, Christie Egeston, Johnathan (Akiya) Egeston, Clarence Brown Jr., Adrienne and Matthew Jennings; four great-grandchildren, three brothers, William Egeston, Samuel (Dorothy) Egeston, Mitchell (Madeline) Egeston, one sister, Jeanette Egeston Bell, two sisters-in-law, Annie Mae Turner and Earucy McGehee; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
