Alfred Kisner

Alfred Kisner, 81 of North Little Rock, passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Baptist Springhill Medical Center in North Little Rock, he was born on January 7, 1929 in Hayes, Kansas; he was the son of Ignatz Kisner and Katherine Gable Kisner. Alfred was a retired accountant for the Arkansas Highway Department, and a retiree of the United States Navy after 21 years of service; he will be remembered by many, for his love of playing golf, joking around, and taking great care of his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, eight siblings, and a son Kenny Kisner. Survivors include his wife Gerri Kisner of North Little Rock; daughters Lana Hughes and Anita Dotson; grandchildren Aaron Hughes, Carly Garner, Jason Hensel, and Lincoln Nail; great-grandchildren John, Ethan and Sarah Nail. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel in Sherwood, entombment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum in North Little Rock.
