John Henry "Jack" Hayes, Jr., 72, of Cabot, passed away November 22, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Janie; son, John H. Hayes III and daughter, Kelly Whitcomb (James), both of Texas; two sisters and three grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date in Colorado.
