Ruby Bryant Dodson

Ruby Bryant Dodson of Camden, Ark. passed away at the Ouachita County Medical Center on Wednesday, October 04, 2010. She was the daughter of the late Sam and Sadie Bryant of Harmony Grove. Ruby was born in Camden, AR on November 21, 1953. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Watts Sunday School Class. She retired from Woodlands Division of International Paper Company in 1997. She graduated from Harmony Grove School in 1953. She is survived by her husband, Robert Dodson; daughters, Robin Dodson of Camden, Ark., Lynne Dodson Gaston of Sparkman, Ark.; grandchildren, April Gaston of Sparkman, Ark., Allison Gaston of Sparkman, Ark., Brittney Craig of Little Rock, Ark., Kelsey Craig of Russellville, Ark.; a great grandson, Dana Lexington Blevins of Camden, Ark.; brothers, James Lee Bryant and wife, Theresa of Harmony Grove, Ark., Leslie Bryant and wife, Donia of Harmony Grove, Ark.; sister, Lorene Bryant Robinson and husband, James of Grand Junction, Colo.; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, October 7, 2010 at Proctor Funeral Home with Dr. Richard Piles officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 348 Washington St., Camden, Ark. 71701.
