Shirley C. Boyd of Searcy, was born March 8, 1930 in Lynchburg, Ohio, and departed this life October 5, 2010. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, H. Glenn Boyd, her three children, six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mary May of Fairfield, Ohio, and Thelma Smith of Hesperia, CA.. She was preceded in death by her parents, Courtland and Stella Holladay Pegan, and two brothers, Russell and Robert Pegan. Services are under the direction of Powel Funeral Home, 2602 W.
