Raymond Thomas Roberts

Raymond Thomas Roberts, age 78, of Jacksonville, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on October 17, 2010. He was born July 14, 1932 to Manford and Mary Shirley Roberts in Faulkner County, Arkansas. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, and a member of First Assembly of God Church of North Little Rock. He was retired from Bordens Dairy after 38 years of service and 10 years with American Airlines. Survivors are his wife, Shirley Brickell Roberts, of 59½ years; two sons and daughters-in-law, Garry and Pam Roberts of Sherwood and Thomas (Tommy) and Sheryl Roberts of Hensley; daughter and son-in-law, Ron and Vicki Dumas of Sherwood; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Violet Loyd of Sheridan. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery.
