Carolyn Seale Childers Robertson, 88, of Camden, Ark. passed away peacefully at her home Wednesday, October 27, 2010. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church for 50 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman "Snooks" Childers; parents, Omega and Lula Maco Gaston Seale; brothers, Robert Seale, Jack Seale, Rufus "Buddy" Seale and Richard Seale; sisters, Verna Hodge Vaughan and Reba Clayton. She is survived by her husband, Haynie Robertson; son, Mark Childers of Houston, Texas; daughters, Becky Thrift and husband, Michael of Alma, Ark., Norma O'Neal of Camden, Ark. and Kathy Starr and husband, Jimmy of Camden, Ark.; sister, Sarah Ann Simpson of East Camden, Ark.; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Friday, October 29, 2010 at Calvary Baptist Church with burial in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Reverend David Dillard and Reverend Don Phillips will officiate the service.
