Lowell E. "Curt" Curtis

Lowell E. "Curt" Curtis, 97, Malvern, Ark. passed away September 1, 2010. He was born October 2, 1912 in Randolph, Iowa to the late George W. Curtis and Sarah Angeline Cowger Curtis. He is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years Kathryn Shaw Curtis, three brothers and two sisters-n-law's. He leaves to cherish his memory his only child Kristi States (Edward )of Sherwood, Ark., two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, three sisters-in-law, along with several nieces and nephews Funeral arrangements are by Atkinson Funeral Home in Malvern, Ark. Visitation will be held on Friday September 3, 2010 at Atkinson Chapel from 6 to 8 pm, funeral services held at Atkinson Chapel on Saturday September 4, 2010 at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Tony Burrow officiating and the eulogy will be given by his nephew Ron Curtis of Hastings, Iowa. Final interment will follow at Oak Ridge cemetery in Malvern.
