Mark J. Block II

MARK J. BLOCK II, born Aug. 8, 1957, left us to be with his Father in Heaven on Aug. 18th, 2010. Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Mark J. Block Sr. and Sibyll Griffith Block. Mark is survived by his wife, Ann Hunt Block; his children, Julie Howard and Mark J. Block III of Texas; his stepdaughter, Danielle Beaubouef; two grandsons, Cole Howard and London Beaubouef; and his sisters, Robin Ramsey and Tamalyn Wortham. Mark served as an EMT, founded Mid-State Investigations and later Block Investigations. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved the outdoors. Mark was a warm and caring man with a quick and quirky wit that always brought a smile. A private memorial was held on Aug. 21, Brother Michael Morrison of Rose Bud officiating.
