William Warren Dobbs

WILLIAM WARREN DOBBS, 82, of Little Rock, died on Friday, Sept. 3, 2010. He was born on May 27, 1928 in Little Rock, Ark., a son of the late Warren William and Selma Hoekstra Dobbs. He worked for Central Arkansas Water Company for 39 years until he retired in Dec. of 1991. He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Dolores Walker Dobbs; two sons, Michael W. and his wife Janet of Dallas, Texas, and James W. and his wife Debbie of North Little Rock; daughter, Dianna K. Shook of Benton; two step-daughters, Sharon Walker of Little Rock and Paula Stonesifer and her husband Randy of Alexander; step-son, Raymond Walker and his wife Verna of Beebe; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Burrell and his wife Agnes of Las Vegas, Nev. and Olin and his wife Colleen of Austin, Ark. Graveside service will be held 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010 at Forest Hills Memorial Park, with Reverend Paul Roberts officiating.
