Ben Ben Grace

Roy Ben Grace, 74, of Benton, went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 6, 2010. He was born August 13, 1936 to John Clifton and Velda Haney Grace in Dardanelle, Arkansas. He was a member of Holland Chapel Baptist Church. Ben was an avid Razorback Fan. He also enjoyed playing golf and gardening. He served our nation proudly in the United States Army for four years. Ben retired from Alcoa after 30 years of service. Ben was preceded in death by his father, mother and grandparents. Survivors, his loving wife of 50 years, Della Qualls Grace, daughters, Jackie and husband, Jimmy Frye of Russellville, Karen and husband Bill Campbell of Batesville, four grandchildren, Jordan and Jenna Frye and Bethany and Kambri Campbell. Ben loved his family very much and will be greatly missed by loved ones and friends. Pallbearers will be Phillip Craig, Phillip Garner, Charlie Dains, Ross Reeves, Elwood Smith and Curtis Ferguson, Sam Talkington, and Lynn Edmondson. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Bauxite Ole Timers. Chapel Services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 10 a.m. Friday at Ashbys with Bro. Carl Richey and Bro. Kim Hammer officiating. Burial will follow at New Rosemont Cemetery. Visitation will be at Ashbys, Thursday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. A special thank you to Saline Memorial Hospice House for their compassion, care and comfort during his illness.
