Willie Sheppard Sr., 88 of North Little Rock departed this life Tuesday, September 14, 2010. A loyal member of Eastern Star Baptist Church for 65 years, the Urban League and NAACP, and was a Master Mason with the Fraternal Order of Free Masons, and participated in several organizations in the community. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife of 65 years, Margaret Sheppard, one son, Willie (Doris) Sheppard Jr., five daughters, Mable (James) Ellis, Wanda (Ronnie) Watson, Vivian (Jollie) Stuart, Shelly Sheppard, and Margaret (Samuel) Taylor; one brother, Lloyd Craighead, a sister, Ruby Jean McKinney, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends Funeral Services, 11 a.m., Monday, September 20, 2010, Eastern Star Baptist Church, North Little Rock.
