Dorothy Armstrong Talbot

Dorothy Armstrong Talbot, 77, of Pine Bluff, died Monday, September 27, 2010 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was born August 7, 1933 in Columbus, Georgia, daughter of Jesse Dee and Edna Clark Armstrong. Mrs. Talbot was reared and received her early education in Columbus, Georgia. She was a homemaker and member of Trinity Episcopal Church, where she volunteered in the nursery for many years. Mrs. Talbot was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, John H. Talbot, III of Pine Bluff; four children, John H. Talbot IV of Middlesex, New York, Susan Brown of Pine Bluff, Thomas Dee Talbot of Washington, D.C. and Andrew Lee Talbot of Valdosta, Georgia; and 10 grandchildren. A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Bellwood Cemetery with The Rev. Dr. Walter Van Zandt Windsor officiating.
