Mae Ella Bailey, 80, Sacramento, Calif., departed this life September 17, 2010. She leaves to cherish her memories: children, James Smith Jr. (Jamesetta), Addie Scoggins, Ola Gipson (Rev. Charles), Mable George (Randy), Jamie Burns (Richard); god daughter, Hattie Jones; 13 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Ora Smith; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
