Bessie Keown McKinstry

Bessie Keown McKinstry, 93, left earth for heaven April 3, 2011. She was predeceased by her husband, son, three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by granddaughters, Diane McKinstry, Little Rock; Antranette and Deborah Smith, Racine, Wisconsin; a brother, Woodrow Keown Sr. (Mable); sister, Roberta Irby; daughter-in-law, Carolyn McKinstry; sister-in-law, Eller Keown all of Little Rock, sister-in-law, Thelma McKinstry, Birmingham, Alabama; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Family hour: Friday, April 8th, 6-7 p.m. Funeral service: Saturday, April 9th, 1 p.m. Both to be held at Pleasant Hill C.M.E. Church in College Station, Reverend Shelby Taylor, pastor.
