Ulysses G. McIntosh Sr.
Ulysses G. McIntosh Sr., 87, of Little Rock, Arkansas, went to his eternal home on Sunday, April 3, 2011. He was a United States Army veteran, the owner of a supermarket, a retired Lab Technician of 3M and Company, and what he was remembered most for was a school teacher and principal for the Pulaski County Special School District for 21 years. He was a faithful member of Bethel AME Church (LR) for 50+ years.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Retha; children, Kawanda (Alfred), Ulysses Tyrone (Monica and Amori); sister, Mary Alice of Oceola, Arkansas; a host of favorite nieces, nephews, sister and brother-in-laws, and friends.
The homegoing of his life will be Friday, April 8, 2011, 10:45 am at Bethel AME Church, 816 West 16th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. Family visitation will be Thursday, April 7, 2011, beginning at 6 p.m. at the church as well.
