Wendell Wingett, "Wendy, W.D., Popo, Pop," 81, died April 3, 2011 in Russellville. Funeral will be April 8, 2011, 1 p.m. at Humphrey Chapel. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Thursday at the funeral home. Wendell will be returned to North Platte, Neb. for internment at North Platte City Cemetery.
