Cora Ester Madar

Cora Ester Madar, age 93, died April 6, 2011. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a retired special needs school teacher. Survivors include a son, Carl (Linda) Madar of Carlisle, daughters, Eva Jo (Billy) Glover of Pine Bluff, and Ruth (Roger) James of Lonoke, seven grandchildren; Rhonda Glover, Kathy Helpenstill, Carla Davenport, Cindy Judy, Clay Madar, Shelly Hendrix and Clint James, two step-grandchildren, Greg Dounum and Cyndi Matthews, eight great-grandchildren, four step great-grandchildren; and one brother, Ruben Morris of Lonoke. She is preceded in death by her husband Joe C. Madar, brothers Edward Morris, Arlo Morris, and Roscoe Morris, and sisters, Florence Losak and Rosemma Hedrick. Funeral Services will be at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, April 9 at the Lonoke Palm Street Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Carlisle Cemetery, arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke.
