Ralph Edwin Ligon

A memorial service celebrating the life of Ralph Edwin Ligon, M.D., of Houston, Texas, (October 28, 1941 – March 19, 2011) will be held at Lakeside United Methodist Church, 1500 Olive Street, Pine Bluff on Wednesday, April 13, at 3 p.m. Visitation will follow the service in Fellowship Hall at the church.
