Rhonda Renee Watkins

Rhonda Renee Watkins, age 47, of Cabot, was born July 19, 1963 and lost her 16 month battle with cancer on April 8, 2011. Rhonda is resting peacefully without pain or suffering in the arms of our Heavenly Father. Her life was dedicated to her family as she raised her daughter and grandson with an unmatched passion. Rhonda always gave more than she ever asked for in return and saw the good in everyone. She is survived by her mother, Diane Laneer; her father, Cleveland Jones; grandmother, Lessie Jones; a very special friend and companion Tim Halloway; daughter, Renae S. Benton; grandson, Austin Jase Benton; brothers, Steve Moore (Debbie), Jimmy Smith (Tonya); sisters, Tonya Kapperman (James), Kelly Austin (Brian) and, a host of family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Service in Cabot. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, April 11, 2011 at Thomas Funeral Chapel with interment following at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Cabot.
