Edna Jean Dyer Davis

Edna Jean Dyer Davis, age 60, of Jacksonville went to be with her Lord Saturday, April 9, 2011, surrounded by family and friends. She was born January 3, 1951 in Scott, Arkansas to Isreal and Cleo Dyer. She was a 1969 graduate of Horace Mann High School. She was employed at Jacksonville Convalescent Home and Maybelline/Loreal Corporation until her retirement and later worked at Molex. She married Andrew Davis on January 23, 1972. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, one brother and two sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted husband, Andrew Davis, daughter, Nakia Woods, both of Jacksonville, Arkansas, three grandchildren, four brothers, four sisters, daughter-in-law, father-in-law, one uncle, three aunts, and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m., Friday, April 15, 2011 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home (501) 982-2136. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Mt.
