James Childress

James Childress was born July 23, 1961 in Newport, Ark., died April 11, 2011 in Newport, Ark. He was of the Baptist faith. He worked for Harris Hospital for years. He is survived by two brothers, James John Townsend of Los Angeles, Calif., Tommy Childress of Fort Worth, Texas; five sisters, Zelma Ward of Los Angeles, Calif., Margaret Goode of Little Rock, Ark., Martha Alcorn of Akron, Ohio, Josephine Brown of Jonesboro, Ark., Marilyn C. Walker of Little Rock, Ark. Funeral April 15, 2011 at First Baptist Church, Newport, Ark. Officiating Rev. Robert Brown. Interment: Quiet Cemetery in Augusta, Ark.
