Joseph (Joe) Thomas Sorenson

Joseph (Joe) Thomas Sorenson, of 3415 W. Markham, in Little Rock, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 and leaves a loving mother, Colleen Gavahan; three sisters, Anne Martin and her husband Greg, Amy Davenport and Jody Marra; three brothers, Paul Sorenson, Michael Sorenson and his wife Ann, and Patrick Sorenson and his wife Carolyn. Joe also leaves his nephews: Michael, Ryan, Matthew, Benjamin, Samuel and Andrew, and his nieces: Olivia and Emily. His father Dr. John R. J. Sorenson preceded him in death, September, 2007. Joe was the proprietor of Kaos Bikes and Skateboards located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. His association with this business allowed him to be a positive and steadfast support for many young people. Joe attended Central High School and worked for years in the bicycle industry. His craftsmanship and customer service was why clients repeatedly worked with him and it was his humor for which he was best known by his friends and family. He rests in peace knowing that life for those he leaves behind is better because of his presence. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 21, 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church in Little Rock.
