Cleon Carter

Cleon Carter, 71, of Edcouch, Texas, formerly of Vanndale, died Sunday, April 24. Survivors include wife, Patricia; one son, Tom Carter; one daughter, Rhonda Biller; six brothers; three sisters; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Vanndale Fire Department.
