Anne Byerly Moore

ANNE BYERLY MOORE died August 4, 2011 in Little Rock at age 88. Preceded in death by parents Rev. Robert Crane Byerly and Jessie Emmeline Glockler, husband Charles B. Moore Jr., sisters, Margaret and Betty. Survived by brothers, Warren and Don Byerly, son, Charles Moore and wife Merry, daughter, Patricia Forgy and husband Christopher, daughter, Carol Schlitz; grandchildren, Sara Forgy, Rachel Gregory and husband Travis, Rebecca Schlitz, and Grady Forgy; great-grandchildren, Benton and Zayden Forgy. Born to missionary parents in Beirut, Lebanon, Anne earned a Master's in Christian Education. She had a sparkling wit, love of puns, and a mischievous streak. Anne was adept at games and taught many people to play her favorite - Mah Jongg. She was known for her knitting, as well as her appreciation of intelligent conversation, music and good food. Anne was a remarkable woman who was loved by many. According to her wishes, there will be no service.
