Walter Ringo, 82, of Jacksonville, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2011. He was retired from the United States Navy. He is survived by the following: Gerald Adams of Sanford, Florida, Joe Thorp (Fumiyo) of Fairborn, Ohio, David Rowe (Sandra) of Lockeford, California, Donald Rowe Jr. (Donna) of Berkeley, California, Kathy Romonski (George) of Rocklin, California, Roxanne McLemore (Terry) of Phil Campbell, Alabama, Rebecca Reeves (Jerry) of Phil Campbell, Alabama, Richard Rowe of Livermore, California.
