Flora Mae Sandlin

Flora Mae "Pookie" Sandlin, age 70, of Mabelvale, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 20, 2011. She was born June 24, 1941 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Lawrence L. Dunlap and Agnes L. Buie Dunlap. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles Sandlin; two brothers; one sister and a grandson. She is survived by son Johnny Price (Scottie) of Mabelvale; daughters Teresa Rapier of Little Rock; Kimberly (Carl) Lawrence of Mabelvale; Melissa Glidden (Ryan) of Swansea, Illinois; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and brother, Joe Dunlap (Sue) of Benton. The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Baltz and staff for their wonderful care and support. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
