Lucy Fay Glover, 87, of Guy, went to be with her Lord on Monday, December 5, 2011. Born on June 12, 1924, she was a daughter to the late Joe W. and Pairlee Spraberry Bell. Mrs Glover served as deputy circuit clerk for eight years and was elected and served as Faulkner County Circuit Clerk from 1969 to 1987. She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Guy. Christmas was Lucy's favorite time of year and she loved going to flea markets. She was preceded in death by her husband, of 40 years, Elmo Terrell Glover, a sister, Freddie Myrtle Thompson; two brothers: Charles Richmond Bell and Tom Terrell Bell. Lucy is survived by her loving daughters: Sharon Gaile Rimmer (Dwight) and Suellen Ward (Don ) both of Guy; grandsons: Robert Terrell Rimmer (Joann) of Killingworth, Conn., Jason Ray Ward of the Fairview Community and Brian Alan Ward of Guy; great grandchildren: Lena Ann Rimmer and Josie Lynn Rimmer of Killingworth, Conn.; sister Eva Jo Parker (Bill) of Conway; sister-in-laws, Clara Quattlebaum ( Arvel) of Conway and May Nell Heffington of Conway and a host of extended family and friends. Services will be held at 10:00 am, on Friday, December 9, 2011, at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Guy with Bro. Jason Ward and Bro. Tim Brewer officiating. Interment will follow at Copperas Springs Cemetery with Rob Rimmer, Brian Ward, Teddy Battles, Ronnie Hartwick, Rick Wiedower and Johnny Rimmer serving as pallbearers.
