Mary Ethelyn Goforth Kelley, 87, of North Little Rock, died on Saturday, February 5, 2011. She was born on February 8, 1923, the daughter of the late Louis Oscar "Bunk" and Violet Grace Morgan Goforth in Cabot, Arkansas. Mary was of the Baptist faith, and a member of the Ladies of the Moose. She graduated from Cabot High School in 1941. She worked at the munitions plant in Jacksonville during WWII, and later at Franklin Electric until her retirement. Mary is survived by her daughter, Martha Gilliam Linsley of Jacksonville; two granddaughters, Shannon Sanders (Shawn) of Iron River, Wisconsin and Shaun O'Dell (Scott) of Fayetteville; great-grandchildren, Joshua O'Dell (Cheryl), Justin O'Dell, Jennafer O'Dell, and Jackson Sanders; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Burl Kelley, and a brother, William Louis Goforth. The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff of Lakewood Nursing and Rehab and Arkansas Hospice. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, 758-1170. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society.
