Bertha Sue Evans Stone

Bertha Sue Evans Stone, 85, of Camden, Ark., went to be with her Lord Jan. 1, 2011. She was born Sept. 30, 1925. She worked at General Dynamics in Camden until retirement. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Meek Milton Stone; daughter and son-in-law Ricky and Allyson Barkhimer; granddaughters, Camille and Jennifer Barkhimer; and her grandson, Clifford Barkhimer. She is survived by her son, Dale Stone of Camden; daughters Carole Wingo of Euless, Texas, and Melissa Barkhimer of Camden; grandson, Casey Wingo of Daphne, Ala.; granddaughters, Jody Allred of Euless, Texas, and Stacy Johnson of Benton, Ark.; and four great-grandchildren, Lexy Barkhimer of Camden, Ark., Elizabeth Allred of Fort Worth, Texas, and Austin and Evan Allred of Euless, Texas. Surviving family (sisters and brother) is Ann Ellis of Thornton, Ark., Vaughnda LaBeff of Thornton, Ark., Helen O'Dell of Camden, Ark., and Charles Evans of Bossier City, La. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
