Laura Sue Berry

Laura Sue Berry, 87, of Fort Smith, died December 31, 2010 in Fort Smith. Laura was born July 28, 1923 in Fort Smith to Aaron A. and Naomi Jane Durden Green. She was a homemaker and member of the First Presbyterian Church and the Jr. League of Fort Smith. She is survived by one daughter, Susan Hall of Bentonville, Ark.; two sons, Guillaume Berson (Gimo) Berry and John Berry Jr., both of Fort Smith; one sister, Melanie Jane Carpenter of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; one brother, Aaron Green of Littleton, Colo.; six grandsons, Gabriel Thomas Berry, John Scott Jones, Berry Price Jones, Michael Wade Jones, John Champion Berry III and Guillaume Berson (Gimo) Berry II. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jack Berry, and brother Jerry Durden Green. Graveside service will be Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the Oak Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
