Mr. William "Bill" Carroll Powell, age 85, of Oden, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2011 at Hot Springs. Graveside services will be Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Pencil Bluff Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
