Teresa Ann Jones

Teresa Ann Tietz Jones, age 52, of Crossett, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2011 at Ashley County Medical Center. She was born December 19, 1958 in Crossett to her parents, Bernard J. and Nettie Jean Lochala Tietz. She was a homemaker and owner of Teresa's Cake Shop. Teresa was a member of Sterlington Holiness Tabernacle. She was preceded in death by her mother and an infant son. Survivors include her husband, Richard Jones of Crossett; her father, Bernard J. Tietz of Crossett, a brother, Phillip Tietz (Denise) of Russellville, Ark.; a nephew, Phil Tietz of Kilgore, Texas and a niece, Becky Brandon of Russellville, Ark. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Cloverdale Assembly of God Church with Rev. Tracy Boyd, Rev. Sam Snow and Rev. Marty Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Goshen Cemetery under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, Ark. (www.jonesservice.com). Visitation will be from 5–9 p.m., Wednesday at Cloverdale Assembly of God Church.
