Geneva Dean Jackson "Jean", age 77, went home to the Lord on June 14th after a long battle with multiple illnesses. She never met a stranger and spent her life infecting others with her laughter and cheer. Anyone who met her came to love her as her humor was matched only by her kind heart. Jean lived her life to the fullest. She enjoyed traveling, being on the lake, gardening, crafts, sewing, and her word puzzles and had a special love for animals. She was an amazing mother and grandmother with her unwavering faith and support and always put everyone elses needs above her own. Even when she was sick anyone who knew Jean could tell you just how contagious her personality was. She smiled until her final hours here with us. She loved the Lord with all her heart and made that known through her compassion towards others. Jeans grace, dignity, and strength will be remembered forever. Waiting to greet her in Heaven is her husband of more than 50 years, Allan E. Jackson. She leaves here on earth a daughter, Debbie and Bobby Anderson, a son Donnie and Cyndi Jackson, grandchildren, Amber Neumeier, James Neumeier, great-grandchild and special joy Autumn Neumeier, special friends, Troy and Frieda Silence, and her loving dog, Scooter. The family would like to give a special thanks to Arkansas Hospice, all of her caregivers, and especially Memaws angel, Jennifer Monday, RN. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 16, 2011 at 6 p.m. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel (501-791-7400). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arkansas Hospice, 14 Parkstone Circle, North Little Rock, Ark. 72116. Online guestbook www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/owens.
